If a product can be engraved, there will be a message on the product page to “Personalise your product” where you will ‘enter and confirm’ the personalised message to be engraved. Once your order(s) for an engraved product(s) is submitted, you cannot change your product engraving message and if you have accidentally missed out in submitting the engraving message, we are unable to fulfill any engraving add-ons request.
We offer complimentary shipping to the address provided by you in your order(s) from 29 March - 1 April 2022. Your shipping address cannot be modified once your order is placed.
Your order will be presented in an iconic Dior gift box or gift clutch and accompanied by a personalised message gift card if you have submitted a gift card message before proceeding with payment.
ORDERS AND DELIVERY
We only deliver order(s) made via the Site to addresses in West Malaysia only (East Malaysia excluded).
Subject to the following conditions, normal delivery will take 5 to 7 business days upon confirmation of your order:-
- All orders will only be processed and shipped on weekdays (Monday to Friday only, not including Public Holidays)
- Shipping may take additional time due to Public Holidays and/or extreme weather conditions
- Additional time may be required for shipping of engraved products(s)
- We will ship your order(s) to the delivery address you have provided in your account in shop.Dior.com.my. Your shipping address cannot be changed or modified once your order is placed. Dior is not liable for any loss or delay arising from the incorrect address on the invoice.
- Shipping to remote and rural areas may take additional time
- All order(s) must be signed for and acknowledged receipt upon delivery

Currently, we only accept return request(s) for damaged, faulty and/or incorrect item(s) received for order(s) placed on shop.Dior.com.my. Complimentary returns must be requested for within 10 days of the delivery date. Products and all complimentary items must be returned to our Dior Head Office with a duly signed and completed Return Form at the following address within 7 days from the day we accept your return request(s) through our Dior Customer Service:-

We do not accept or process any return request(s) for any customized/engraved item(s), unless the said customized/engraved item is found to be damaged or faulty upon delivery.
Partial and full refund(s) may be offered by Dior for return request(s), subject to the assessment of the actual item(s) by our Customer Service.
This policy is only applicable to purchase(s) made online via Dior Online Boutique - shop.Dior.com.my website. For any purchase(s) made in-store at a Dior Counter or a Dior Boutique, please refer to the original place of purchase to request for a return.
