For all orders placed on our shop.Dior.com.my website, you will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after you have placed your order. You can also get a digital copy of your receipt by calling Dior Beauty Customer Service.

Cancelled Orders: the order has been cancelled due to lack of availability of the product. It is also possible that payment of your order has not been validated.
Pending Orders: payment for the order has not been finalised. A Customer Service adviser will contact you as soon as possible to assist you with your order.
In Preparation: the order has been validated and is being prepared.
Shipping: your order has been shipped. You will receive a SMS with your tracking information.
Completed: the order has been shipped to the delivery address that you provided when you placed your order online.

We do not accept or process any return request(s) for any customized/engraved item(s), unless the said customized/engraved item is found to be damaged or faulty upon delivery.
Partial and full refund(s) may be offered by Dior Beauty for return request(s), subject to the assessment of the actual item(s) by our Dior Beauty Customer Service.
This policy is only applicable to purchases made online via the Dior Online Boutique - shop.Dior.com.my website. For purchases made in-store at a Dior Beauty Counter or a Dior Beauty Boutique please refer to the original place of purchase to obtain a return.
This policy does not affect your consumer rights under the Malaysian law.

1) Contact Customer Service
Please contact our Dior Beauty Customer Service 10 days from the delivery date at 1300 22 8866 between Monday to Friday 9.00am – 12.30pm; or 2.00pm – 5.00pm; excluding Public Holidays OR use the Online Contact Form on shop.Dior.com.my OR by sending an email to: email@example.com. Our Dior Beauty Customer Service will assess the issue and assist you with the return of the item(s).
2) Complete the Necessary Documentation
Our Dior Beauty Customer Service will instruct you to fill-in the necessary Return Form with a picture of the Returned Item(s).
You can return the Returned Item(s) to Dior by downloading the Return Form here.
3) Return the Item(s) to Dior
All Returned Item(s) must be sent to our Dior Head Office together with a duly signed and completed Return Form at the following address within 7 days from the day we accept your return request(s) through our Dior Beauty Customer Service:-

You may request a complimentary return via our logistic provider by contacting our Dior Beauty Customer Service. However, please note that if you wish to make a return using other method other than by our appointed logistic provider, you will be responsible for any applicable costs and charges involved.
If you opt for the complimentary return via our logistic provider, please:-
i) request for a “Return Label” from our Customer Service team and arrange with our Dior Beauty Customer Service team for a pick-up time of the Returned Item(s);
ii) pack the Returned Item(s) with reusable Dior shredded papers together with the Return Form inside the reusable Dior Outer Box that you received with your order(s) in.
iii) insert the Dior Outer Box into the Janio Flyer that you have received your order(s) in;
iv) print the “Return Label” sent to you via email and affix it on the Janio Flyer; and
v) lastly, remember to keep a record of the pick-up details for the Returned Item(s). A tracking number will be given to you upon pick-up.
Upon our receipt of the Returned Item(s), they will be assessed by Dior Beauty Customer Service and we will contact you to arrange for a refund.
4) Processing the return
We will process the approved refund within 10 working days from receiving the Returned Item(s). You will receive an email notification of your refund status from our Dior Beauty Customer Service team.
All refunds will only be made against the original credit card used for payment.
Please note that the time required to refund a credit to your account may vary depending on the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank of your credit card for more details.
Notwithstanding the above, we reserve the right of final decision for refund if the item(s) returned is in unsatisfactory condition, or the above terms are not met.
